1:1 Part-Time Support Staff Needed- Syracuse Ny area (NA –ST)Ex-A 34-year-old Male in the Syracuse New York area who is looking for a Direct Support Professional to assist him with, dressing appropriately for community outing- Providing verbal reminders while in the restroom to ensure proper personal hygiene before exiting- Supporting overall personal hygiene- Assisting with participation in activities and Supporting interaction with peers and socialization.With his free time, He enjoys being active by playing basketball and working out. He also enjoys walking on the treadmill and in community parks, and he spends time reading books and magazines. Occasionally, he plays the Xbox Kinect and Wii Bowling.The ideal candidate is patient, speaks clearly and at a measured pace, and demonstrates strong understanding of the material. They are willing to work with verbally aggressive individuals and consistently provide verbal encouragement.The ideal candidate must also be willing to provide personal care when needed.The ideal candidate must be active and willing to go on walks and to the gym.
