Job summary

Right at Home Cleveland West is seeking a reliable Direct Support Professional to provide quality, compassionate care for an Amherst, Ohio client. This full-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, companionship, meal prep, medication reminders, safe transfers, and documentation following the care plan. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, DSP, home care, or related experience preferred
• Experience supporting seniors or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
• Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to work the full Monday–Friday schedule from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
