Right at Home Cleveland West is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide personalized, in-home support that helps clients live safely and comfortably at home.

The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, and a strong communicator with a genuine desire to help others. You will provide personal care, meal prep, mobility support, companionship, light housekeeping, transportation, and thorough documentation.

Background checks and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Caregiving experience preferred (not required)
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to follow care plans and adapt to changing client needs
• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
