Job summary

Haven Access Works LLC seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across Pennsylvania. Openings are available in multiple counties and settings, including in-home and community-based supports.

Roles may require using your own vehicle, for which mileage is reimbursed. Paid training is provided, and supportive supervision helps you grow a real career in human services.

Qualifications

• Dependable and compassionate DSP with willingness to learn.
• Experience in direct care is helpful but training is provided.
• Must be able to engage with adults with varying needs and abilities.

Responsibilities

• In-Home and Community Supports (IHCS): assist individuals to develop life skills in home and community settings.
• Companion Services: provide supervision and a steady, supportive presence.
• Community Participation Supports (CPS): help individuals connect with their communities through activities.
