Job summary

Haven Access Works LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) across Pennsylvania to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live full, connected lives at home and in the community.

Roles span multiple counties and settings, including in-home and community placements. DSPs may drive clients and receive mileage reimbursement; a reliable vehicle and valid license are required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• In-Home and Community Supports (IHCS): Helping folks build skills and do the things they care about inside the home and out in the world.
• Companion Services: Providing supervision and a steady presence for people who benefit from support with safety and engagement.
• Community Participation Supports (CPS): Connecting people with their communities through volunteering, recreation, and experiences that matter to them.
