Job summary

Haven Access Works LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) across Pennsylvania to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, connected lives in homes and communities. Openings in multiple counties and settings—some in homes, some in the community, with mileage reimbursement if you drive.

You may need a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and up-to-date insurance and registration.

Qualifications

• Direct Support Professionals across PA support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and communities.
• Enhanced level qualifications include NADD certifications or LPN/RN/CNA credentials or related bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance/registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• In-Home and Community Supports: help clients build skills and participate in daily activities.
• Companion Services: provide supervision and engaging presence for safety and social interaction.
• Community Participation Supports: connect clients with volunteers, recreation and community experiences.
