Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or similar caregiving role.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with high behavioral needs.
• Available to work weekends (required).
• Own reliable transportation for transporting clients.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (liability 100k/300k).
• Smartphone with internet access for documentation.
• Able to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily tasks (hygiene, meals, light housekeeping) while promoting independence.
• Implement goals from the Individual Support Plan (ISP) and support client development.
• Accompany clients on outings and appointments; promote social inclusion and safe transportation.
