Qualifications

• CNA training preferred or relevant health care experience.

Responsibilities

• Respect Individual Rights and follow state MVDS policies.
• Provide person-centered support to promote independence and community participation.
• Assist with daily living, health needs, and safety.
• Administer medications per care plans and document accordingly.
• Complete shift documentation and maintain clear communication with the team.
