Job summary

Arc Human Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Brookville, PA area team. Starting rate is $17.50/hr with $2.50/hr weekend differential and $5.00/hr holiday differential when applicable, plus up to a $3,500 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.

The role includes personal care, transportation, medication dispensing, and documentation in a community home setting. We offer flexible shifts (full time, part time, per diem), enhanced pay for certified DSPs, comprehensive

Qualifications

• Experience helpful, but not necessary- Complete PAID training provided
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Candidate will need to pass background checks, physical, TB (ALL company paid!) - must regularly lift and / or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support Professional (DSP) ensures the health and safety of program participants by providing varying levels of personal care within a community home setting including cooking, cleaning, transportation, community engagement, dispensing medications, supporting goals, and accurate documentation of care.
