Role Overview

A 29-year-old male in the Syracuse area is looking for a Direct Support Professional to assist him with, hobbies and interests like being more active in his community, work on his independent learning skills, and help him with his socialization while in the community. He would like to spend his time fishing, swimming and playing basketball. He would also like to spend time volunteering with animals on Fridays. The ideal candidate should be creative and engaging, active and patient, and willing to travel to different locations. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with animals. The ideal candidate should be very active and willing to participate in activities like fishing, swimming and playing basketball.

Schedule

Fridays after 10am

Starting pay is $19.25/hour and increases with years of relevant experience.

Employment Type

This is a part-time position, but additional hours are available with other people receiving services.
