Job summary

Arc Broward is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (Group Homes) to help residents live their best lives in a Coral Springs-based group home. You will join a supportive team, provide hands-on care, and participate in crisis prevention and daily activities in a structured environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Florida driver’s license, a background check, and completion of Crisis Management training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
• Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least one year of experience providing care for people with developmental disabilities.
• You’re someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.
