• Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as grooming, bathing, and feeding.
• Maintain and document ISPs and outcomes accurately in the EHR.
• Provide opportunities for individuals to participate in their community.
• Responsible for medication administration; maintain Medication Administration Certification.
