Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 to support Adult Programs; 21 for Youth Programs.
• Own a vehicle with current insurance for work-related travel.
• Have a valid driving record as per Meridian Services policy.
• Must have a Wi-Fi-enabled device for work.
• Successfully clear DHS Background Study.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal goals in daily activities.
• Support meal prep, community outings, and personal hygiene.
• Provide medication administration and daily supports as needed.
• Offer supervision and transport to appointments and activities.
• Respond to interfering behaviors and teach life skills.
