Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for Adult Programs and 21 for Youth Programs.
• Proficient in spoken and written English language.
• Have a vehicle for work with current car insurance and valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work on tailored outcomes with individuals in the home and community.
• Provide personal cares, meal preparation, shopping, and medication administration.
• Supervise transportation and may use a company vehicle or own vehicle.
• Respond to interfering behaviors and support daily living skills.
