Job summary

Legacy Behavioral Health is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our Lowndes team in a 24/7 residential program. You will support individuals with developmental disabilities, providing skills training and daily living assistance.

You will work under supervision, document progress, coordinate transportation, and ensure a safe, supportive environment consistent with CARF standards. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid GA driver's license with fewer than 5 points.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skills training in daily living and community integration per the ISP.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary home environment meeting CARF safety standards.
• Assist in coordinating transportation for persons served and document progress.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality IDD services.
