Dungarvin in Minnesota is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll assist with daily living skills, promote independence, and help people pursue their personal goals in a respectful, person-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to assist individuals with personal cares and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living, household tasks, meal prep, budgeting, appointments, and community activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Promote independence, personal choice, and life skills development.
• Support individuals in ISPs and document progress accordingly.
