PALS OHIO, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team serving individuals with developmental disabilities. You will provide supervision, assistance with daily living activities, safe transportation, and accurate documentation of care and services delivered.

We value compassionate, dependable staff who can engage individuals through fun, meaningful activities, while maintaining safety, dignity, and respect. A DOT physical and a valid Ohio driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• DOT physical must be passed.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Criminal background verification.
• Ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to Individuals served.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Provide safe transportation for individuals.
• Document care and services delivered accurately.
