PALS is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Ohio to supervise and support individuals with developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, provide safe transportation, and document care and services accurately.

The role requires a DOT physical, a valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record, and a background check. Strong verbal and written communication, along with a compassionate, fun approach, is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• DOT physical required.
• Current Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Acceptable Criminal Background verification.
• Willingness to provide supervision and assistance to adults with Developmental Disabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
