Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will assist with daily activities, including chores, meal prep, recreation, learning activities, and fitness.

Ideal candidates have experience with disabilities, basic computer skills (Therap a plus), excellent communication, and a valid driver's license with 3+ years’ driving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills; Therap a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy, enthusiasm, and dedication to helping others.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist with daily activities including household chores and meal preparation.
• Lead or support recreational, learning, and physical fitness activities.
• Represent the needs and interests of individuals in program planning and implementation.
