Achieva is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals in Gibsonia, PA to help individuals with disabilities achieve independence and community involvement. You will support daily living activities, accompany to appointments, and document progress while upholding dignity and choice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required/equivalent.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Valid PA driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks.
• Provide community and personal engagement to support independence.
• Document progress and concerns per program standards.
• Assist with medication administration and budgeting/home management as needed.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and community events.
