Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Bushnell, Illinois. DSPs provide support and guidance to people served as they learn and develop important daily living skills to live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required, where applicable.
• Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, and bending.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist people served in developing daily living skills and life activities to live as independently as possible.
• Help individuals identify and achieve personal goals and improve quality of life.
• Monitor comfort and safety and address medical, nutritional and personal care needs.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal prep and laundry.
