Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proof of valid driver's license and required IDs.
• Ability to pass background and abuse registry checks.
• Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
• Physical ability to lift and assist with ADLs and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal prep.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs with support for appointments.
• Keep living areas clean and manage light housekeeping and laundry.
• Engage clients in social activities and community outings to promote independence.
• Use mobility equipment safely (e.g., Hoyer lifts) and proper techniques.
• Document daily activities, observations, and incidents accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations and implement care plans.
