Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in Baltimore County is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities across daily activities, including household chores, meals, recreation, and fitness. You may transport clients to community activities, with mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap software is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with daily activities and household tasks.
• Assist with meal prep, recreational and learning activities, and physical fitness.
• Support transportation to community activities; mileage reimbursement may apply.
• Represent the needs and input on program planning for individuals served.
