Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Harford County to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily activities, transportation when needed, and participate in learning and recreational activities to promote independence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting is strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with daily activities, including household chores, meals, recreation, and learning activities.
• Assist individuals with transportation to community activities when needed.
• Support program planning and implementation for individuals served, and provide input for ongoing needs.
