Devereux New Jersey is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with individuals in our day program. You will help with daily living skills, provide safe supervision, and support goal attainment in a collaborative, empathetic team environment.

Starting salary begins at $20.42 per hour with increases based on education and experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with comprehensive benefits after day one, tuition assistance, and ongoing training to grow your career at Devereux.

Qualifications

• Must ensure safety and health for individuals in the day program.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and assist with daily living skills.
• Plan, implement, and document programs to meet needs.
• Plan and participate in community activities and transport.
