Job summary

Seven Hills Community Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live independently in their communities. You will provide daily care, teach life skills, and support personal goals in a residential setting.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour with additional differentials by location and qualifications; Cape-based programs add $1/hour, MV programs add $4/hour, Franklin Street MV adds $3/hour, with MAP certification affecting rates. FP asleep hours paid at $17.50.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or HiSET required.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to support daily living activities and follow plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills to promote independence in home and community.
• Follow ISP and Behavior Support Plans and assist with personal care.
• Document progress and outcomes accurately and mentor other staff.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds.
