Seven Hills Community Services seeks a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. The role involves providing daily residential support, teaching life skills, and following ISP/Behavior Support Plans.

Starting pay ranges from $20.50 to $24.50 per awake hour, with additional differentials by location, and $17.50 per asleep hour. Full-time benefits include health insurance, retirement match, student loan and tuition assistance,

Qualifications

• Direct Support Professional II role at Seven Hills Community Services.
• Experience with residential support and community integration is valued.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills at home and in the community to promote independence.
• Follow Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure overall health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
• Lead and mentor other staff where needed.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds.
• Build strong relationships with families, guardians, and team members.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, welcoming home environment.
