Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide day-to-day services for participants with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or ABI/TBI. You may assist with personal care tasks and support household activities to promote independence. Starting pay is $21.50/hour with location-based differentials.

Asleep hours are paid at $17.50/hour. Schedule includes weekends and requires a high school diploma and valid driver’s license, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

Customer service and administrative skills required.
Ability to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or ABI/TBI.
High school diploma or GED/HiSET required.
Valid driver's license (Class C or D1) and 3 years related experience.
Must be able to perform personal care tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting, and teeth brushing.
Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, and shopping.
Administer medications or support self-medication per guidelines.
Accompany participants to appointments.
Support independence and community participation.
