Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional II in Massachusetts to assist individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or ABI/TBI. You will provide day‑to‑day care and support to help participants maintain independence and participate in daily activities.

The role offers a starting wage of $20.50/hour with a $1/hour differential for MAP certification; asleep hours are paid at $17.50/hour. Schedule includes Sundays 10A–10P and Mon–Wed 2P–10P.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (HiSET/GED) required.
• Valid driver's license (Class C or D) required.
• 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to program participants, including personal care tasks.
• Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, and shopping.
• Administer medications or support self-medication per guidelines.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and follow care plans.

Support Advocate is a direct support professional (DSP) position at Seven Hills Foundation. What You'll Do

Support Advocates are responsible for the provision of day‑to‑day services to our program participants. To assist and/ or teach individuals varying levels of personal care which may include bathing, toileting, teeth brushing etc. so individuals always look and feel their best. To assist and/ or teach individuals household maintenance, meal prep and/or shopping, while providing ongoing opportunities for individuals to assume increasing control & responsibility over their daily lives. Support Advocates may also accompany individuals on appointments as well. Administering medications (or supporting them to self-medicate) in accordance with residential guidelines. To follow routines of the individuals including, but not limited to; Behavior Support Plans, personal care, Physical Therapy, etc
