Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional II in Holden, MA. The role includes weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with a base pay of $20.50–$24.50 per hour and a $1 differential for MAP-certified staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or class D.
• 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day services to program participants, assisting with personal care such as bathing, toileting and hygiene; help individuals look and feel their best.
• Assist with household maintenance, meal preparation and shopping, enabling individuals to take increasing control of daily life.
• Administer medications or support self-medication following residential guidelines.
• Accompany individuals to appointments when needed.
• Follow routines outlined in Behavior Support Plans and related therapies.

Schedule:Sunday 9am-4pm, Saturday 11am-5pm; Mandatory staff meeting every other Thursday 9-11.

Support Advocate is a direct support professional (DSP) position at Seven Hills Foundation. Starting pay is$20.50/hour, cape-based programs offer a$1/hour differential.

All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of$17.50/hour.

What You'll Do:

Support Advocates are responsible for the provision of day-to-day services to our program participants. To assist and/ or teach individuals varying levels of personal care which may include bathing, toileting, teeth brushing etc. so individuals always look and feel their best. To assist and/ or teach individuals household maintenance, meal prep and/or shopping, while providing ongoing opportunities for individuals to assume increasing control & responsibility over their daily lives. Support Advocates may also accompany individuals on appointments as well. Administering medications (or supporting them to self-medicate) in accordance with residential guidelines. To follow routines of the individuals including, but not limited to; Behavior Support Plans, personal care, Physical Therapy, etc
