Seven Hills Foundation in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Direct Support Professional II – Awake Overnight to provide compassionate care for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This part-time role covers overnight shifts with weekend and weekday nights, focusing on personal care, daily living support, and safety.

You’ll help with bathing, grooming, meal prep and transportation, follow Behavior Support Plans, and assist with medications as directed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required
• Standard driver’s license – class C or class D
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day services and personal care to program participants.
• Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, and shopping, enabling daily life.
• Administering medications (or supporting self-medication) as directed.
• Follow routines of individuals including Behavior Support Plans, personal care, and Physical Therapy.

Pay and Salary

Pay: $20.50 awake hours (additional $1.00 differential for active MAP certification); $17.50/asleep hours

Starting pay is $20.50/hour, cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential.

All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.

Schedule

Sunday 9p-7a, Mon & Tues 10p-7a; Staff meeting on 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month 10a-12p

Direct Support Professional II - Awake Overnight is a direct support professional (DSP) position at Seven Hills Foundation. What You'll Do

• Support Advocates are responsible for the provision of day-to-day services to our program participants. To assist and/ or teach individuals varying levels of personal care which may include bathing, toileting, teeth brushing etc. so individuals always look and feel their best. To assist and/ or teach individuals household maintenance, meal prep and/or shopping, while providing ongoing opportunities for individuals to assume increasing control & responsibility over their daily lives. Support Advocates may also accompany individuals on appointments as well. Administering medications (or supporting them to self-medicate) in accordance with residential guidelines. To follow routines of the individuals including, but not limited to; Behavior Support Plans, personal care, Physical Therapy, etc
