Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live independently in their communities. You will provide daily support, teach life skills, and follow ISP/Behavior Support Plans in a residential setting.

The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and location-based differentials for Cape-based and Martha’s Vineyard programs, with additional MAP certification bonuses. Join a mission-driven team committed to dignity and growth.

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting (DSI).
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.

Job description

Pay: $20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details) ; $17.50/asleep hours

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.; mandatory staff meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of every month 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard.

All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.
