Looking for a role where your work truly matters—every single day? As a Direct Support Professional II, you’ll do more than provide care—you’ll empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities.
At Seven Hills Community Services, we believe the people we support should have choice, voice, and control over their lives—and you’ll play a key role in making that happen.
Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard.
All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.
This is more than a caregiving job—it’s a chance to empower, advocate, and lead. You’ll help individuals achieve personal goals, build independence, and experience meaningful community connections.
You’ll also be part of a supportive, mission-driven team where your voice matters, your growth is encouraged, and your work has real impact.
