Seven Hills Foundation in Massachusetts is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live more independent lives in their communities. You will provide daily care in residential settings, implement ISP and Behavior Support Plans, assist with personal care and medications, and support community activities.

The role offers starting pay of 20.50 per hour with location-based differentials and additional asleep-hour pay of 17.50 per hour.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha's Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non-Franklin Street programs on Martha's Vineyard. All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.
