West Bay RI is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual, developmental, and emotional disabilities in home and community settings. New pay rate of $21.50–$22.50/hour with a weekend differential of $1.00/hour, plus flexible full-time or part-time schedules.

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs with or without assistance.
