Job summary

Supports in Fayetteville, AR is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist with daily living skills, personal care, and community activities for an adult individual.

Available shifts include Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM and weekends, with on-site work in home and community settings. Training and ongoing team support provided.

Qualifications

• Age 18 years or older
• High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience
• Clearances: ability to pass background checks and screenings
• Mobility: valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work weekends or fill-in shifts as needed

What You’ll Need to Succeed (Qualifications)
