The individual is a joyful, friendly, and outgoing person who enjoys interacting with others and participating in community activities. They enjoy painting, coloring, crafts, playing with balls, watching baseball and classic television shows, using a tablet, going to restaurants, grocery shopping, and having picnics. The individual also participates in Pathfinder and Special Olympics and enjoys listening to music and singing.

The individual can verbally communicate, although their speech is not always understandable. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will provide patient, person-centered support with communication, daily living skills, community activities, and maintaining a consistent routine.

The individual is working toward greater independence with personal care, daily living skills, social interactions, and communicating their needs and preferences.
