Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking Direct Service Providers to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and the community. You will help with daily living activities, support employment goals, and promote social engagement.

Role includes documentation, potential transportation, and supervised training. Pay ranges up to $18/hr with flexible PT/FT schedules and a tailored benefits package for qualifying positions.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with daily living activities, employment support, and social engagement. Your work will help clients develop skills for greater independence both at home and in the community. Daily documentation and reporting are required. As a Direct Service Provider (DSP), you will provide care in clients' homes and may assist with transportation. Under supervision, you'll help clients learn socially appropriate skills and offer families much‑needed breaks.

Hiring Details

Pay range: $11 - $18 per hour. Part-time and full-time positions are available.
