Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation in Rhode Island seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals I to deliver one-on-one support under the PASS program. You will help children engage in daily activities, develop life skills, and participate in home and community settings.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will implement individualized PASS plans, document progress, and maintain a safe, supportive environment while promoting independence and dignity for each child.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one DSP care and supervision per the PASS plan.
• Assist with daily living activities and independence-building tasks.
• Document progress with data sheets and required reports; submit on time.
• Collaborate with families, coordinators, and clinical consultants to adjust plans.
