Job summary

Omega Day Centers is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence, confidence, life skills, and meaningful community connections.

You will support daily living, personal care, and participation in community activities while documenting progress and coordinating with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Relevant work or life experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current insurance.
• Ability to travel within the community.
• Ability to complete required background and drug screenings.
