Job summary

Omega Day Centers in Chantilly, VA is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals with disabilities build independence and life skills. You’ll assist with daily living, personal care, and community activities, and document progress while collaborating with families and the care team.

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required; background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability services, caregiving, education, human services, behavioral health, coaching, or community-based programs is a plus.
