Omega Home Care in Towson, Maryland is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to empower individuals with mental and developmental disabilities to live with dignity and independence. This full-time role offers Mon-Fri 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and hourly pay of $19–$22.

You will support daily living, household tasks, attend appointments, encourage growth, and provide companionship while ensuring safety and well-being in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Clean background check required.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance and valid DMV license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required; CNA and CMT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with daily living and self-care skills.
• Assisting with household tasks such as light cleaning, cooking, and laundry.
• Helping individuals follow personalized behavior and support plans.
• Accompanying individuals to appointments and community activities.
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth.

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 40 hours per week

As a DSP, your day will be meaningful and varied. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting individuals with daily living and self-care skills
