Apis Services, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide supervision, safety, and direct support in community-based residential settings.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)Position Summary
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides supervision, safety, and direct support to individuals in community-based residential settings. DSPs help individuals develop healthy, socially appropriate behaviors while working toward personal and clinical goals. This role collaborates closely with clinical and program staff to implement individualized support plans and residential interventions.
DSPs assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), promote independence, and encourage meaningful participation in home and community life. A strong commitment to person-centered care and the organization's values is essential.
