Job summary

Easter Seals of Tennessee is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with daily living in our supported homes and communities. You will help with meal prep, personal hygiene, medication administration, and accompany clients on activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• Support individuals in the community and in our person-supported homes.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans to enhance quality of life.
