He is looking for a Mentor to assist him with working on his goals in his community.Goals include:• Health and fitness - walking, making healthy food choices, enjoying nature, etc.• Social skills - making community connections and friendships.• Participating in a hobby, club, or class of interest – visiting Lowe’s, Thrifty Shopper, and antiquing.Seeking a DSP who is reliable, enthusiastic, creative, and active. Related experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required. Please respond with resume or summary of experience.Candidate must possess a keen sense of attention to detail, especially when electronically logging each day's time, mileage, and service documentation. DSP must have a valid email address.Hours and days of workFlexible weekdays, 6 hours per week (3 hours before 2:45pm)Full-time opportunities may be available.Pay rate: $21.30 per hour when providing direct support.
