Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of trainings as required by regulations.
• One year experience preferred in a program serving persons with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in self-care daily living activities and medication administration.
• Maintain safety and supervision of residents at all times.
• Implement Behavior Plans and Health Care Plans.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team to develop ISP/IPP outcomes.
• Engage residents in occupational, recreational, vocational, and therapeutic programs.
