Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills including personal care, meals, and routines.
• Support medical needs and appointments for residents.
• Follow individualized support and behavior plans.
• Encourage community involvement and social engagement.
• Complete routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff).
• Collaborate as part of a compassionate, supportive team.
