Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, hands-on care in group home settings. You will assist with daily living tasks, monitor health, and support client independence in a respectful, person-centered manner.

No prior experience required; orientation and paid training provided. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver\'s license, and be able to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a group home setting.
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks, including feeding and mobility.
• Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and housemates.
• Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment.
• Encourage self-help activities and independence.
