All Ways Caring HomeCare in Wasilla is seeking an On-Call DSP / Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a group home setting. You will assist with daily living tasks, monitor health, and support residents with dignity and independence.

No experience required; orientation and paid training provided. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting.
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external.

What you will need:

• No prior experience necessary (orientation and paid training provided)
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Emotionally intelligent with a high level of empathy and professionalism
• Willing to learn medical equipment use and follow care protocols
• Able to work assigned shifts with consistency and integrity
• Successful pass company and state required pre-employment background checks
• Availability to work weekends and holidays (as needed)
