Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age, required.
• Valid driver’s license, required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• 6 months’ experience working directly with individuals in a personal care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and clean living environment.
• Perform needed housekeeping duties.
• Assist with daily living activities such as shopping and leisure activities.
• Observe changes in condition and report accordingly.
• Contribute input to the Treatment Plan.
• Maintain records following established documentation methods.
